Hello! My name is Wayne Robbins, and I am here in Seville working as a Language and Culture Assistant at IES San Pablo and CEIP Miguel Hernández. Carmen has asked me to share some information about myself here so that you can get to know me.

My family is from Keller, Texas in the United States of America. My father ('Lyn') is a lawyer, my mother ('Gena') teaches singing lessons, my sister Carolyn (in the middle) studies philosophy and sociology at Baylor University, and my sister Annessa (next to me) is in high school. This past May, I graduated from Baylor University, where I studied Economics and Spanish.

When I am not working, I enjoy singing in choirs, playing the guitar, and watching sports. My favorite sports are American football and baseball. I like soccer, but I have not decided yet whether I will support FC Sevilla or Real Betis! My favorite football team is the Baylor Bears (the team from my university) and my favorite baseball team is the Texas Rangers. I love to go to games with friends and family, and sometimes I go a little overboard with team spirit.

I arrived in Seville at the end of September, and I plan to be here through the end of May, though I will get to go home for Christmas. I am excited to get to know and work with the students here, and I hope that I am able to teach them as much as they will teach me. Thanks for reading!
